Imagine yourself getting out of bed and preparing these pancakes along with your family or friends on a weekend morning. What a sweet way to wake up, don’t you think?
Our pancake recipe is pretty simple, and you can even use any seed or nut butter if you’d like. We made them with oat milk, but you can use the plant-based milk of your choice. Enjoy!
Protein Pancakes (with coconut yogurt topping) Recipe
Ingredients (About 6 medium-sized pancakes)
2 scoops Raw Nutritional Vegan Pro – Chocolate
2 Bananas, ripe
1 cup Oat milk
1 cup Oats
¼ cup Sunflower seed butter
Coconut oil, for cooking
1 cup Coconut yogurt
1 scoop Vegan Pro – Chocolate
1. Reduce all ingredients for the pancakes in a mixer or blender.
2. Cook over medium heat in a pan with coconut oil. Adjust the amount of mixture added to the pan to the desired thickness.
3. Mix the ingredients for the topping in a small bowl and enjoy with the pancakes.
