Jaggery – 1 Full Cup
Wheat Flour – 1 Cup
Ghee – 1/4 Cup
Almonds – 6-7 Nos.
Cinnamon – 1-2 Sticks
Cardamom – 2-3 Nos.
Long – 2-3 Nos.
Water – 1 Ltr.
