Chicken Quesadilla – Indian version filling a skillet preparation and it tasted so good.
Minced chicken – 500g
Onion 1 finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Salt & pepper
Soy sauce – 2 tsp
Spring onion – 2/3 stalks finely chopped
Cilantro – finely chopped
Mix it all well
In a skillet – add some oil and saute the mix until the chicken is cooked and dried.
In a pan – heat the tortilla on both the sides. On one side fill it with shredded cheese and on one half side fill the stuffing and fold the wrap. Heat on both the sides and cut it into pieces and serve.
